Your clients' email authentication breaks silently. We watch it for you.
A monitoring service for agencies, MSPs and email operators who manage 20–200 domains. We check SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records daily, alert you when something changes or drifts toward a limit, and prepare a monthly report you can hand to your client.
What we check
- SPF — presence, duplicates, content changes, and DNS lookup count approaching the limit of 10.
- DMARC — presence and policy changes (p / sp / pct, reporting addresses).
- DKIM — presence and changes for known, registered selectors.
- MX — receiving host and priority changes.
- Change alerts — what changed, with before/after values.
- Monthly client-ready report — status and change history per domain.
What this does not do
- DKIM selectors cannot be enumerated from DNS. We can only check selectors that are known or registered with us — an undetected selector does not prove DKIM is absent.
- Public DNS alone cannot confirm whether mail is actually signed, whether spoofing occurred, or where mail lands. This service does not guarantee deliverability or security outcomes.
- DMARC aggregate report (rua) analysis is a separate feature and is not included in the monitoring plans below.
- We detect and notify. We do not change your DNS settings for you.

Established DMARC suites also provide DNS change alerts, and some run MSP programs with per-domain pricing and white-label reports. Change alerts alone are not our difference. Ours is narrower: one published flat price for drift monitoring across many domains — no quote process — with a client-ready monthly report as a standard deliverable.

Privacy
- What we collect — your contact email address, the domains you ask us to monitor, and the DKIM selectors you register for them. The checks themselves use public DNS records only.
- What we use it for — running the monitoring, and sending you change alerts and the monthly report. Nothing else.
- How monitoring is operated — the checks and the preparation of alerts and reports are carried out with the assistance of an AI agent, under the operator's supervision.
- No sale of your information — we do not sell your contact details, domain lists, or monitoring data to third parties.
- After cancellation — monitoring stops and no further emails are sent. Within 30 days of cancellation, we delete the information we hold for your account: your contact email, domain list, registered selectors, and monitoring history. Payment and billing records are an exception: they are retained by our payment processor (Stripe), and we keep them for the period required by law, including tax bookkeeping obligations.

Is this a security guarantee?
No. We monitor public DNS configuration and report changes. Authentication settings are one input to email trust; we do not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, or protection outcomes.
Do you need access to our DNS?
No. Checks use public DNS records only. To monitor DKIM, you register the selectors you use.
What happens if the pilot does not proceed?
If the pilot does not start, or if we discontinue it, we will refund your current month in full. You can cancel anytime; no further charges are made after cancellation, and there is no pro-rated refund for the month in which you cancel.
